Setting: The Southern most point of Zatairo hosted the City of Arashi a bustling city full of livelihood and trade. A region of Diplomacy, the City was home to some of the Finest courts within the country, a place known as 'Justice Capital' where sentences were carried out in large spectacles before wary onlookers. Though the vivid displays of Execution within the center most portion of the city drew people, the thriving Markets brought forth even more. The trade within Arashi was expansive hosting even the most unobtainable items, though the price was high. Arashi was a tourist city hosting Several Inns, a Tavern within then the towns Center to watch the executions from, and three Brothels, the notation that slavery was okay, signified by the Women and Men in chains walking alongside their Masters.
